My Story

Born during the roaring-80s as they call it (no they don’t), I’m a part of the first cohort that speaks both computer and ‘old-school’ as my native languages. I know what an LP is and have had the pleasure of having to retype a paper because there was no ‘backspace’ on the typewriter. However, I still know how to use FourSquare (not the ball-game) and Facebook, which is not a collection of mugshots, incase you’re wondering. With this balance of old and new, I appreciate the history of the web and the power of where we’re going.

My education is not in traditional media and design but rather in the field of psychology with a brief stint in neuropsychological work. Having always possessed a love of learning and logic, it’s no stretch to imagine a male working in a field about feelings not doing too well when rubber meets the road. With newfound self-knowledge I begin to search for a field that presented opportunities for consistent learning and constant flux. Enter technology where 6 months is an eon and an eon would be whatever the ratio of 6 months to an eon is times itself.

I love code. I love the changing nature of technology and I love helping others visualize, pursue and succeed in using technology and the web to achieve the goals they are after. Learning, besides God and my wife, is the love of my life and I would like nothing more than to help you learn how to use the web to reach your audience. Interested? Swing on over and send me a shout out.
